This role is designed to provide meaningful support on high-volume, production-level design work while receiving hands-on experience working on a fast-paced marketing team. If you're especially interested in exploring how AI tools can speed up execution-level design work, Colliers is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Support: Take on high-volume design tasks including resizing assets, building templates, preparing files for print and digital distribution with minimal direction and oversight.
  • AI-Assisted Execution: Explore and apply AI-powered design tools to speed up production tasks.
  • Marketing Collateral Support: Assist in creating flyers, brochures, presentation materials and social media graphics based on established brand direction and templates.
  • Brand Consistency: Learn and apply the Colliers brand design standards across all visual assets.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with and take direction from the Graphic Designer to understand project goals, absorb overflow production work and support creation of Marketing deliverables.
  • Idea Generation: Bring fresh perspectives on design trends and emerging tools, including new applications of AI design in workflows.

Requirements
Experience: Prior coursework or personal design projects are required.
Education: High school diploma
Schedule: This is a part-time position that offers flexibility within our standard business hours. Candidates should be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week in person, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Interest in or experience with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI)
  • Experience using Squarespace is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Interest in photography and/or videography is a bonus

Training and Growth:
You will receive hands-on mentorship and guidance from our Graphic Designer, exposure to a wide range of marketing projects, and the opportunity to help shape how the Marketing team incorporates AI tools on a day-to-day basis.
We provide ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure you have the tools to excel in your career.
Benefits:
This role is not eligible for benefits.
