  • Introduce Cloud 9 Infosystems and communicate the value of our technology and consulting services.
  • Prospect into targeted companies and identify appropriate decision-makers.
  • Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound prospecting activities.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying business needs, current technology environment, upcoming initiatives, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified introductory meetings for Cloud 9 sales representatives and technical specialists.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Research prospective accounts before and after outreach.
  • Support outbound campaigns related to Microsoft Azure, AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data and analytics, application development, and managed services.
  • Work with the sales team to improve calling scripts, messaging, objection handling, and prospecting strategies.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (MBA preferred) or actively pursuing admission to a Master's program.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging senior business and technology decision-makers by phone.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA program concentration in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, telemarketing, or recruiting.
  • Interest in enterprise technology, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales prospecting tools.
What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on experience in business-to-business technology sales.
  • Professional training in prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and sales development.
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud solutions, AI, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced technology sales and consulting professionals.
  • Opportunity to develop a foundation for a career in enterprise software sales, technology consulting, business development, or account management.
