Job Summary: Responsible for servicing gaming floor and offering superior guest service.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with all Federal and LTBB Tribal regulations.
- Performs jackpot and fill procedures.
- Ensures accuracy and completion of paperwork and documentation as it relates to this position.
- Actively promotes players card usage.
- Greet all guests and Team Members in a friendly, open manner.
- Conducts oneself in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members.
- Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort.
- Actively participates in housekeeping duties.
- Assists in the training of new team members.
- Assists in the general preventative maintenance of gaming machines.
- Maintains a clear line of communication between team members.
- Attend all meetings as required.
- Complete all required training satisfactorily.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of enterprise information.
- Work at other properties as needed.
- Performs all other duties assigned within the scope of the position.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) months prior experience as a slot attendant.
- Must be flexible with shifts and days off with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, special events, etc., as needed.
- Must possess basic math and computer skills.
- Prior experience using SYNKROS.
- Must read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, reach and lift.
- Must have the ability to be frequently exposed to heat, cold, noise and tobacco smoke.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and transport up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- You may be required to pass a skills assessment test to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications of the position.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission, and be able to serve in the position under any other applicable law.
