We're now seeking a highly skilled Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to join our dynamic team and help us drive Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection efforts.
We're looking for a talented Junior-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to play a key role in conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. As a Junior-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector, you will be responsible for creating collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements
  • Creates collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production requirements
  • Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise
  • Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Intelligence Community Experience required
  • Must have 3 to 7 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, and analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Must be language-enabled (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, OR as required)
  • Must be able to pass (within 12 months) and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test (normally 2,2,1 for Mids and 3,3,2 for Seniors)
  • English comprehension - must Read and Listen at a 3+ level, and Write at a 3 or higher (on the ILR scale)
  • Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (e.g., Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL))
