Job description
Backfill Operator operates heavy equipment- primarily loaders and rollers- to safely and efficiently backfill trenches, excavations and utility installations after pipe laying operations. This role supports sewer, water, storm drain, and paving projects by ensuring proper material placement, compaction, and site restoration.
