Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct 45-minute solution-focused therapy sessions with clients via a secure video platform.
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs based on various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions.
• Maintain minimal paperwork by utilizing our streamlined documentation process, enabling you to focus more on client care rather than administrative work.
• Respond collaboratively to client needs, setting objectives and modifying approaches as therapy progresses to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and learn about emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will typically include individuals struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and relationship disturbances. Notably, a significant portion of our clientele consists of younger individuals, predominantly females under 35 years of age. Most interactions will involve short-term therapy, often fewer than 24 sessions, with a focus on solution-based strategies to facilitate quick and effective resolutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license to practice in the state of Illinois (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Associate or intern licenses are not accepted for this position.
• A reliable computer and smartphone for client interactions and necessary administrative tasks.
• A dependable high-speed internet connection to support video therapy sessions without interruption.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in the following areas is preferred:

• Working with college-aged students or young adults.
• Telehealth provision or remote therapy practices.
• Solution-focused therapy or other evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer attractive compensation based on workload, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
