Location: North Atlanta Area (Hybrid or Remote Eligible once requirements are met)

Position Overview

Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney (Litigation) with 04 years of experience to join our Real Estate Litigation Department. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with hybrid or remote flexibility once training and performance benchmarks are met.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation deadlines efficiently and proactively.
  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Prepare discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines.
  • Attend and represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
  • Maintain a minimum of 155 billable hours per month (1,860 annually).
  • Perform legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve department goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia or Tennessee (licenses in Alabama and/or Mississippi are a plus).
  • 04 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or civil litigation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong self-management, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
