Position Summary
The Data Entry Intern will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate corporate records in our internal databases. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a commitment to data integrity, and a desire to learn how data drives business decisions. This is a temporary, part-time internship with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate academic commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input: Accurately input and update high-volume information (e.g., client profiles, financial records, operational logs) into company databases.
  • Quality Control: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in organizing, digitalizing, and archiving physical documents into secure electronic filing systems.
  • Reporting Support: Help compile and format basic data reports for management review using Microsoft Excel and proprietary software.
  • Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive company and client information.

Qualifications amp; Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45–50 WPM preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
