Associate Director – Dynamics 365/Azure Healthcare/ Specialty Pharmacy platforms

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to provide strategic and technical leadership across healthcare technology solutions focused on Patient Access Services (PAS), Specialty Hubs, and Specialty Pharmacy platforms.

This role combines enterprise architecture, healthcare technology, and Microsoft expertise to deliver scalable solutions supporting patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty medication programs.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholders
• Lead technology strategy across healthcare initiatives and enterprise architecture.
• Partner with executives, product owners, healthcare stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Present architecture decisions and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.

Enterprise Architecture
• Lead enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Define architecture for Specialty Hub, PAS, and Specialty Pharmacy platforms.
• Design scalable, secure solutions across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards and business strategy.

Healthcare & Specialty Hub
• Provide technical leadership across Patient Enrollment, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, and Copay Assistance.
• Architect solutions supporting Specialty Pharmacy and patient support programs.
• Use Dynamics 365 and Power Platform alongside other technologies where appropriate.

Technical Leadership
• Provide technical direction to architects, developers, and engineering teams.
• Guide development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure.
• Oversee custom applications, APIs, integrations, and Dynamics 365 extensions.
• Establish development standards and mentor technical teams.

Data & Integration
• Define data models and integration strategies for healthcare applications.
• Lead integrations using REST APIs, Azure, Dataverse, and modern architecture patterns.
• Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, healthcare systems, specialty pharmacy platforms, and external applications.

Governance & Delivery
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and technical best practices.
• Oversee ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and platform modernization.
• Review technical designs, manage architectural risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Strong experience leading enterprise healthcare technology and architecture initiatives.
    • Experience with PAS, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
    • Understanding of Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, Copay Assistance, and Patient Enrollment.
    • Extensive Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure experience.
    • Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, API, and integration experience.
    • Background in Solution, Software, and Enterprise Architecture.
    • Experience leading technical teams and working with executive stakeholders.
    • Strong ability to make strategic technology decisions across multiple platforms.

Salary & Package

  • Up to 200,000 base salary
