The Patient Care Technician Intern (PCT Intern) works under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide compassionate, hands-on patient care. This role includes performing routine patient care activities and delegated clinical procedures, documenting and communicating patient information, and using specialized equipment to support a safe, high-quality care environment. The PCT Intern develops foundational clinical skills while gaining valuable experience caring for patients in a collaborative healthcare setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification on Maryland Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS CPR certification provided by AHA, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network

Salary Range: Minimum 19.00/hour - Maximum 19.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
