ITI Engineering is an award-winning supplier of software, hardware, engineering services and products in the aerospace defense industry. ITI designs and manufactures specialized hardware and software products for aerospace and commercial customers in support of the world's leading fighter aircraft. We produce mission support devices, data transfer equipment, cryptographic data transfer systems, servers and firmware for components that are critical support system elements for several of the world’s leading fighter aircrafts.

We are currently seeking an Software Engineering Intern to assist in Program Support / Research and Development.

Selected candidates will be given a unique opportunity to work Concept, Design, Implementation of various projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with engineering projects under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and validation of engineering solutions.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, drawings, or technical documents.
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Maintain accurate records of work and project activities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with engineering tools/software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Previous internship or project experience in engineering or manufacturing is preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
