Job description
The Engineering co-op is responsible for assisting the Engineering Department with ongoing Land Development and/or Energy Design projects. Will involve working closely with Project Managers and other Engineering staff to collect detailed data and gather information or documents, permitting and performing basic redlining, survey field/mapping tasks while utilizing AutoCAD Map 3D.
Engineering-Internship/Co-op Pay Rate: $20/Hour
Skills and Experience
Required
- Current student actively pursuing an Associates or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail with sound analytical capabilities.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team.
- Ability to perform basic AutoCAD Tasks.
Preferred:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
