Job description

CentiMark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Commercial Roofing Quality Control Representative to support our installations in Wisconsin.
The Commercial Roofing Quality Control (QC) Representative is responsible for ensuring all installations strictly adhere to company standards, manufacturer warranty specifications, and local building codes.
The hourly pay rate is based on experience; plus premier benefits are available.
Job Summary:
The Quality Control Representative oversees active job sites, reviews installation practices, manages construction inspections, and trains field crews. This field-heavy leadership role eliminates installation defects, minimizes callbacks, and ensures clients receive a durable, high-performing roof system.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Jobsite Inspections: Perform pre-installation, in-progress, and final punch-list inspections on flat and low-slope roofing systems.
  • System Verification: Confirm proper installation of Single-Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), Built-Up Roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roof setups.
  • Deficiency Tracking: Document workmanship errors with clear photos and text, issue corrective action plans, and verify completed re-work.
  • Manufacturer Liaison: Partner with technical representatives from manufacturers like Duro-Last, GAF, or Johns Manville to meet structural warranty parameters.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain precise logs, write daily quality assurance reports, and sign off on project closeouts.
  • Safety Integration: Inspect active sites daily for OSHA compliance violations to maintain a healthy work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in commercial roofing installation, field supervision, or roofing inspection
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in low-slope roofing systems, flashing details, water/air testing protocols, and core architectural blueprints
  • Physical Ability: Fully capable of climbing tall construction ladders, navigating high roofs, and lifting up to 50 lbs in varied weather conditions
  • Software Skills: Comfortable using construction management software (like Procore, and basic digital camera systems
  • Logistics: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel to project sites is mandatory
  • Preferred Assets: Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) and an OSHA 30 certification
