Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2โ€“5 years of experience to support the Customer Management Data Team on the Alexandria Feature Migration initiative. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Databricks and Git, and the ability to perform data discovery, gap analysis, and SQL transformation development.

Responsibilities:
Perform data discovery and gap analysis.
Develop SQL transformation logic for financial behavior features.
Analyze and validate large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements.
Support feature migration activities.
Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
2โ€“5 years of Data Analyst experience.
Strong SQL and Python skills.
Experience with Databricks and Git.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
