  • Own the execution of regular data quality audits across core systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), identifying discrepancies and coordinating with internal systems admin teams to correct input errors.
  • Manage the intake and fulfillment of standard, internal ad-hoc data requests from various cross functional teams ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or HR operations role.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joining tables, and data manipulation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, index/match, formulas, data cleaning).
  • Hands-on experience navigating and utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualization and report generation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of identifying data discrepancies and running quality assurance checks on large datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data structures (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, Gem CRM, Rippling, Workday).
