DentalEZ is a growing manufacturer of dental equipment who is hiring in Lancaster, PA! We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team!

Position Type: Full-Time Summer / Part-Time School Year

DentalEZ, Inc., is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team. You will work under the supervision of senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience in production processes, quality control, and process improvement projects. This position provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing workflows (Lean Manufacturing, 5S).

Documentation: Create, update, and maintain, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and technical drawings.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to support projects related to quality, cost reduction, or manufacturing improvements.

Troubleshooting: Participate in identifying root causes for production issues and support equipment maintenance/troubleshooting.

Project Support: Assist with tooling design, equipment installation, and testing new processes.

Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proficiency in computer software, such as Creo Parametric, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
