Specifically, our team is responsible for the company's technology engineering, architecture, and infrastructure, providing 24x7 support to ensure an uninterrupted, high-quality experience for customers and colleagues. We also provide product management for core enterprise platforms, and lead technology risk and information security, enterprise data governance and platforms, digital product and design, and enterprise AI platforms on behalf of the company.

Product Management sits at the intersection of business, technology, data, design, delivery, and customer experience. In this role, you will help frame customer and colleague problems, translate insights into product opportunities, define success measures, support prioritization, evaluate potential solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build technology products that create measurable value.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to support product strategy, discovery, roadmap planning, and product decision-making.
  • Help frame customer or colleague problems, define opportunities, develop hypotheses, and document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts.
  • Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder engagement, user research, usability testing, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
  • Support prioritization by evaluating customer value, business value, technical feasibility, risk, effort, and evidence from product, customer, operational, and business data.
  • Help define product outcomes, KPIs, success measures, dashboards, launch measurement, and post-launch learning plans in partnership with product and analytics teams.
  • Analyze customer, product, operational, and business data to identify trends, insights, opportunities, and recommendations that improve customer or colleague experiences.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, design, analytics, risk, security, operations, finance, and business teams to explore product concepts, prototypes, APIs, platform capabilities, roadmap tradeoffs, and implementation considerations.
  • Evaluate how AI or automation could improve a customer journey, colleague experience, internal product, analytics practice, documentation workflow, or team process while applying responsible AI and human-in-the-loop practices.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Master's degree program in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, Economics, or another relevant field.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, product management, digital products, customer experience, AI-enabled products, data-informed decision-making, or enterprise platform concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate information, identify patterns, form hypotheses, and develop clear recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain ideas, product decisions, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience through coursework, projects, internships, research, student organizations, or extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership, organization, customer focus, product-oriented thinking, data literacy, or technical fluency.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Interest in product management, technology strategy, digital products, customer experience, payments, data analytics, AI, or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, product roadmaps, user stories, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, prioritization discussions, risk awareness, or delivery metrics.
  • Exposure to customer research, design thinking, user-centered design, usability testing, journey mapping, product experimentation, launch measurement, post-launch learning, or accessibility practices.
  • Familiarity with technical product concepts, APIs, platform products, data flows, system integrations, SDLC practices, implementation considerations, change management, or release management.
  • Experience using customer insights, dashboards, KPIs, experimentation, product metrics, operational insights, or quantitative and qualitative evidence to support evidence-based product decisions.
  • Interest in AI-enabled product management practices, including generative AI, intelligent automation, AI-assisted discovery or analysis, product analytics, responsible AI usage, and human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Experience using productivity, collaboration, analytics, design, product management, or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, resilience, learning agility, customer focus, technical fluency, data literacy, and passion for building technology products that create meaningful customer and business value.
