Job description

The Assembly 1 position in Wichita, KS, entails assembling products to specifications and routing operations, performing the duties outlined under the responsibilities while ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Compensation:

$18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CNC benders, parflanges, deburring tools, rotary saws, hose crimpers, tape measures, and various other hand tools for creating tubing and hose sub-assemblies as per customer specifications.

  • Follow the build instructions and testing reports meticulously to document product conformity.

  • Notify the lead or supervisor about defective materials or questionable conditions.

  • Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly while adhering to safety regulations.

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines as needed.

  • Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.

  • Adhere to Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.

  • Comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements outlined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures and processes.
