Job description

Marketing Intern (Fall)

Osborne, Francis & Pettis · Orlando, FL

Company Description

Osborne, Francis & Pettis is a litigation-focused law firm dedicated to building strong client relationships while pursuing complex civil cases. The firm specializes in products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, medical malpractice, and personal injury matters. Team members work in a professional environment that combines rigorous legal advocacy with a client-centered approach.

Role Description

The Fall Marketing Intern will support the firm's marketing initiatives and business development efforts through a hands-on, learning-focused internship based in Orlando, FL. Our marketing team covers a lot of ground, so you'll get real exposure to it all: podcast production, website updates, creating and posting social media content, shooting and editing video, and covering firm events.

Day-to-day, you may also help with market research on legal services and competitors, support the development of marketing campaigns, and draft content for digital and print channels. You'll help maintain our marketing materials, collaborate with attorneys and staff to keep our messaging consistent, track campaign performance, and contribute ideas to strengthen the firm's brand.

This is a part-time internship, roughly 10 to 20 hours per week, based on-site at our Orlando office. The position is unpaid and offered for college credit. If your school requires documentation to award credit, we can provide it, including internship agreements and verification letters.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external contacts
  • Ability to conduct market research and support marketing strategy development for legal services and target audiences
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in marketing and sales to assist with campaigns and lead-generation activities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and project documentation
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Film, or a related field, and able to earn college credit for this internship
  • Able to work on-site in Orlando, FL, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a genuine willingness to learn
