Practice Highlights

Essentia Health is seeking a highly skilled, patient-centered Plastic Surgeon to join our established and growing Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice in Fargo, North Dakota.

  • Join a collaborative team alongside General Surgery providers, experienced nursing staff, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary care network
  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) position
  • Robust referral base supported by Essentia Health's large multispecialty clinics and extensive regional primary care network
  • Broad scope of practice including cosmetic and medical surgery
  • Clinic, procedure, and surgical services conveniently located within a single integrated facility
  • Collaboration with dedicated Wound Care and Hyperbaric programs to expand treatment options for patients within the plastic surgery practice
  • Practice within a nationally accredited breast cancer program
  • Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary breast reconstruction care
  • Anticipated schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; 36 patient contact hours per week
  • Average clinic volume of 8-16 patients per day
  • Opportunity for outreach to outlying Essentia clinic(s)/hospital(s)

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery

Compensation & Benefits

Starting compensation: $620,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
