Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Radiation Oncology position requiring procedural nursing experience and a 13-week, 40-hour rotating day shift commitment.

Details
  • Work in the Radiation Oncology Nursing unit of a hospital setting
  • 40 hours per week on a rotating day shift schedule (7:00 AM-5:30 PM base hours, with staggered start times as needed)
  • 13-week assignment length
  • Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
  • Active MA RN license required (no pending or conditional licenses accepted)
  • Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration (both NURSYS and BON required)
  • BLS certification required (AHA only)
  • Procedural nursing experience required, such as OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy (intra-procedure), Dermatology Surgery, Plastic Surgery, or IR
  • Rad Onc experience required for one position; Rad Onc and Brachytherapy experience preferred for the other position
  • Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Additional Information
  • Provide direct patient care within a Radiation Oncology nursing unit
  • Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility in Boston to be considered
  • Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
