Med Surg RN FT Nights $10,000 Sign On Bonus

As a Med-Surg Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic illnesses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives personalized treatment and support throughout their recovery journey. This position requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy, safety, and education, as you will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and educating patients and their families about post-operative care.
