ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities  - Analysis and configuration of various ERP software systems   - Stay updated on the latest features and updates for Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, Procore and Microsoft Business Central systems. Participating in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.   - Conduct research and provide recommendations for best practices in financial and   operational processes within the designated systems   - Assist in documenting project and process requirements   - Business analysis and project management associated with industry software solutions in a wide variety of industries   - Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions  - Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds  - Exposure to Lean principles in all that we do  - Proactively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance your related skills  - Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance programKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesQualifications:  - Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or other related field.  - Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.   - Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   - Ability to build and foster professional business relationships   - Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement   - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
