Job description

Job Title: CNA-LTAC
Location: Baltimore, MD
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7pm - 07:30am)
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), assisting patients with daily living activities and ensuring they receive high-quality, respectful care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
  • Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility, including repositioning patients and helping them move safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and common areas.
  • Support nursing staff with procedures and care tasks as needed.
  • Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to calls and requests.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CNA certification in MD.
  • BLS certification
  • 2YR experience required in LTAC and Pediatrics required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide compassionate care.
