This position operates within an outpatient setting, utilizing remote therapy sessions to provide convenient support to clients. • Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy services through remote platforms, aiding clients in resolving psychological and relational difficulties.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs, relational challenges, and emotional roadblocks, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Apply family systems theory to help clients understand and change dynamics within their relationships, addressing communication barriers and family stress factors.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families during high-stress moments.
• Document all client interactions, maintaining meticulous and confidential records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Guide clients in acquiring skills for effective communication, relationship building, and coping strategies to enhance mental well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in marriage and family therapy practices, enhancing the therapeutic services offered.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals seeking help for personal challenges, couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families addressing complex interpersonal issues. Your role will be integral in facilitating healing and providing support to those coping with stress, addiction, and family conflict.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is minimal educational requirement.
• At least one year of direct experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships effectively.
• A strong ethical foundation and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all clinical practices.
• Capability to work autonomously while also being an effective contributor within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client sessions, providing the best possible access to therapy.

• Experience working in outpatient therapy services is preferred, particularly in a remote setting.
• Prior exposure to complex family dynamics and issues related to addiction is advantageous.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
