Covenant Wellness Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Engage in therapeutic practices by conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, both through video conferencing and other online platforms.
• Assess clients' needs comprehensively through diagnostic evaluations and interviews to formulate tailored treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges.
• Implement a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate client progress and adapt your approach as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various cultural backgrounds, helping them to develop coping strategies that promote resilience and emotional well-being.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, providing mental health services in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that are reflective of best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical clinical practice.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and telehealth best practices to deliver client care.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities that cater to individual and family dynamics.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
