This LMFT position is a full-time role that offers flexibility through a remote work setting. Our team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs and formulate individualized therapy plans that cater to unique situations and life challenges.

• Document all client interactions and therapy sessions in a secure and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

As an LMFT at Understanding Minds, LLC, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with various challenges, from relationship issues to mental health disorders. • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current and valid LMFT license to practice in Maryland.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in community health settings or teletherapy practices will be given preference.
