We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sheet Metal Foreman/Mechanic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely installing and repairing sheet metal products and equipment.

Your Duties:

  • Install and assemble sheet metal products using brakes, shears, drills, and presses
  • Read and understand blueprints, drawings and specifications
  • Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet required quality standards, and ensuring precision and accuracy
  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and machines
  • Assist in team members to collaborate and complete tasks efficiently
  • Ability to perform tasks that require physical stamina such as lifting and moving materials, hand tools, shop/warehouse and construction environment

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 1-2 years in sheet metal fabrication/installation or related fields
  • Proficiency in using sheet metal fabrication tools such as shears, presses, drills and reading technical drawings
  • Familiarity with various processes (cutting, bending, assembling)
  • Understanding of safety procedures in fabrication/installation

Working Conditions:

  • Construction site environment with exposure to loud noise, various weather conditions, heat, and various equipment
