Who we are looking for

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Solution Architect & Developer with extensive experience driving innovative technology solutions and leading complex projects across diverse domains like Investment Banking, Global Market Data, Securities Finance, and Foreign Exchange. Needs to be proficient at bridging business visions with pragmatic approach and cutting-edge open-source technology to deliver scalable, low latency, high performance, cloud-native, secured enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end system architectures optimizing system integrations, skilled in hybrid cloud computing and digital transformation initiatives in Investment Banking (Front/Middle/Back-office applications). This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Full Stack Solution Architect you will:

  • Provide multiple concurrent project governance, planning and budgeting
  • Implement governance and controls process to ensure intake, prioritization, and effective status communication
  • Work with multiple technology and project teams including business application development, corporate enterprise architecture, and infrastructure support teams.
  • Implement process for creation and maintenance of business application platform lifecycle roadmaps as part of the governance process

  • AWS / Azure / GCP Public Cloud based implementation end to end from infra provisioning to app deployment and observability.
  • Low latency computing system design & implementation.
  • Event driven system design & implementation.
  • Experience with AI/ML applied Data Science techniques (machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, Python libs).
  • BigData analytics with Databricks / Snowflake / Hadoop
  • Working knowledge of Agile / Kanban SDLC methodologies and roles
  • At least 2 years of BFSI domain experience

Good to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot
  • LLM Application Development, RAG, LangChain
  • MLOps and Model Deployment
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or beyond and 10 years or more work experience in related roles
  • Extensive experience with Java, Python, React, JQuery, Node.JS, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PLSQL, API, etc.
  • Agile/Kanban methodology training and experience
  • Proficient with planning tools MS Project, Excel, PPT

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $202,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
