Orthopedic Medical Device Internship (Summer 2026)

About the Opportunity

Arthrex Indianapolis is offering a 9-week rotational internship program designed for students and recent graduates interested in gaining real-world experience in the orthopedic medical device industry.

This immersive program provides exposure across three core areas of the business - Surgical Skills Lab, Inventory Operations, and Field Sales (Operating Room) - allowing interns to see firsthand how we support surgeons and deliver best-in-class patient outcomes.

This is not a traditional internship - participants will be embedded within our team and experience the fast-paced, hands-on nature of orthopedic medical devices.

Program Details

  • Duration: 9 Weeks (Full-Time or Part-Time)

What You'll Experience

Surgical Skills Lab

  • Assist with surgeon training events and lab operations
