Hamilton Company is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern for our Robotics Department. The intern will assist our engineers in CAD drawings, facility layouts, conducting experiments, design and process verification and validation, project logistics, and mechanical design. Work will center around robotic and precision fluid handling projects and production processes.


  • Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with drafting/dimensioning.
  • Able to interpret data, generate graphs, and visually communicate test results.
  • Understanding of basic programming logic and electrical circuit principles.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as required to interface with other departments and company personnel in a service function.
  • Position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering program at University of Nevada, Reno.
