How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining datasets using SQL and Power Query.
  • Contribute to Senior Leadership-level Power BI dashboards and visual enhancements under guidance from senior analysts.
  • Participate in dashboard testing, DAX fundamentals, and model optimization efforts.
  • Support development or refinement of PowerApps used for data capture and workflow streamlining.
  • Assist in creating or modifying Power Automate flows that reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.

Start Date & Location: This role will begin on May 11, 2026 for a duration of 10-12 weeks (dependent upon student's academic calendar).The incoming intern has the option of either working from our Morrisville, NC office or our Waltham, MA office.

Compensation: Our Undergraduate internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the role type and location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines).

How will you get here?

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Engineering, or Business Administration graduating between December 2026 - June 2027.
  • Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required. 0 years of work experience required.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
