Job responsibilities
• Troubleshoot technical issues (Java/J2EE, .Net, Cloud etc) or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure, servers, databases, distributed batch jobs.
• End to end view of issues for objectivity
• Support Sustained Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability events.
• Coordination and communications during critical outage situations
• Single voice for our line of business and for cross line of business incidents
• Influence senior technology leads across organizations to ensure timely resolution of incidents
Required skills
• Experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
• Demonstrated knowledge of applications (distributed, Mainframe, Middleware) or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
• Troubleshoot technical issues (Java/J2EE, .Net, or Cloud) and escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions
• Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
• Proficiency in Infrastructure management ( Unix / Linux , DB Oracle ,Kubernetes,Cache ,Middleware , MQ , LTM, GTM , AWS EC2 , AWS Containers , AWS Lamda, Casandra, Redis Cache,HAProxy
