Role Overview: This 12-week internship program is a gateway to full-time technology career paths for current university students. The program provides meaningful projects with direct impact on our business as well as exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to network.
We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.
We offer two career tracks for our internship program:
  • Software Development
  • Site Reliability Engineering

Software Development is a discipline where you'll apply technical skills to design, build, and maintain the company's innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Contribute to projects, write, test, and debug code for software applications and internal tools.
  • Be part of an Agile team responsible for design and development of micro-services for the next generation product implementations, including: Design, Development, Unit test cases, Bug Fixes, Code Review, Testing, and Technical Documentation.
  • Develop microservices code, frameworks and patterns with guidance from more senior developers.
  • Understand the overall architecture of the application.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
  • Understand implementation of versioning, logging, auditing, security frameworks.
  • Responsive design and development following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues with our Customers & practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
  • Write code using programming and/or scripting languages.
  • Contribute towards the AI Agentic Development.

  • Familiarity with OOD/OOP design and patterns.
  • Experience with Microservices and cloud services and tools.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and good software engineering practices.
  • Understanding of AI principles and practices

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a discipline that combines software and systems engineering for building and running large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
What You'll Do
  • Design, implement and maintain services in Google Cloud with monitoring, logging and alerting - from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
  • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
  • Troubleshoot production issues with our Customers & practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation to support production systems.
  • Build and manage systems, infrastructure and applications through automation.
  • Write code using programming and/or scripting languages.
  • Communicate with Operations & Product team members.
  • Build and Manage CI/CD pipelines.

What could set you apart
  • Knowledge of Cloud Services and/or GCP and general-purpose programming languages.
  • Knowledge in demonstrated interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting complex solutions.
  • Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
  • Experience with algorithms, databases, networks, security, or software design.
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback.

What experience you need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Technology-related field
  • Expected Graduation - May 2028
