Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join their Payments Engineering & Architecture group. The role focuses on payment flow processes and requires strong back-end development skills in Java and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Part of Payments Engineering & Architecture group
• Working on payment flow process – How the business views this and how the tech side views this
• Building out the flow – How payments are processed, where they get stuck, how to fix, etc
Qualifications:
Required:
• Part of Payments Engineering & Architecture group
• Java/Spring/Microservices/Kafka + SQL or Postgres + React – This is the current tech stack
• The role is heavier back end, light React is OK
• They will be working with both on-prem and AWS – Should have some cloud knowledge
• Would be a big plus to have any understanding of payments (OLTP and OLAP)
• Working on payment flow process – How the business views this and how the tech side views this
• They're building out the flow – How payments are processed, where they get stuck, how to fix, etc
• Open to 3-6 year range as long as they're strong and know their stuff
• They are just looking for truly genuine engineers with good problem solving skills
