The Role: Senior Software Engineer
We're looking for a strong backend engineers who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to make a big impact. You'll help architect, build, and scale the foundation of our cloud-native SaaS platform. If designing distributed systems, solving real performance challenges, and shaping product direction excites you - we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable backend services that power our SaaS platform
  • Own core components of our architecture, from distributed systems to cloud-native workflows
  • Write clean, performant, and well-tested code in Java, Python, C++ (or similar languages)
  • Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features
  • Build fault-tolerant systems that process and manage large-scale data with low latency
  • Continuously optimize system performance and cost-efficiency in cloud environments
  • Review code, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Stay current with emerging backend trends, cloud technologies, and developer tooling

What We're Looking For
  • 3-9 years of backend development experience (Java, C++, Golang or similar)
  • Strong understanding of systems design, distributed computing, and cloud architectures
  • Experience building production-grade software in fast-paced environments
  • Proven problem-solving and debugging skills across the stack
  • High level of ownership, self-direction, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
  • Passion for building delightful, scalable products that last

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, etc.
  • Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure
