Working alongside HR professionals and business partners, you will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across teams, and use data and insights to help inform decisions and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
How you will make an Impact
AIG's Summer Interns are immersed in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global insurance company. In addition to meaningful on-the-job experiences, interns will join instructor-led masterclasses, hear directly from senior leaders, and build meaningful connections through mentoring circles, networking events and volunteering.
Following completion of the internship program, interns may be considered for a role in the location where they completed their internship, with the Analyst program beginning in July 2028.
