GENERAL OVERVIEW
Join our amazing team! We are seeking one incredible intern who is passionate about the Nashville hospitality industry and eager to learn the inner workings from a marketing/branding perspective!
The Blueprint is a vibrant and dynamic cocktail club for entertainment and creativity that blends historical charm with cutting-edge nightlife in Nashville's iconic Printers Alley.
The Blueprint showcases a vibrant mix of live performances, from local legends to international sensations, alongside innovative cocktails and gourmet bites that pay homage to the culinary heritage of Nashville and the legacy of Printers Alley. Featuring a unique open-window concept and an inviting outdoor patio, The Blueprint offers patrons a mesmerizing atmosphere where the spirits of past printers and contemporary creatives merge, making it the definitive gathering spot for both local enthusiasts and global talents.
Our Marketing Intern will assist the marketing department to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet our goals and objectives.
Average of approximately 20 hours/week.
Must be 21+ over
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research
  • Conduct research on Nashville hospitality industry, competitors, market trends, and target audiences
  • Gather data on local consumer behaviors and preferences
  • Analyze research finding and present summaries and reports

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Assisting in the development, management, and organization of customer databases
  • Example audiences to include, but not limited to: music and entertainment industry, local businesses, concierges, non-profits, and more
  • Support in outreach to potential clients or customers

Local Store Marketing & Special Events
  • Develop and maintain a monthly calendar of community events for brand activations and partnership opportunities
  • Examples to include, not limited to: conventions, conferences, charity galas, music festivals, food festivals, and more
  • Assist in the organizing and promotion of said events
    • Can include coordinating vendors, managing attendees, etc
  • Staff events as a brand ambassador to engage with attendees

Miscellaneous Support
  • Coordinating meeting agendas, and taking minutes
  • Organizing and maintaining marketing materials and resources
  • Preparing reports on various marketing activities under the guide of the marketing department
