Job description
Getting the Job Done:
- Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality
- Anticipates guests needs and offers services prior to the guest asking
- Maintains the Hotels physical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ensuring they are properly functioning
- Ensure the cleanliness, security and organized storage of all department tools and equipment
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner and communicate with Chief Engineer and GM any repairs that require further attention
- Ensure security and preventative maintenance in compliance with property and brand standards
- Communicate professionally and timely with peers, managers, and guests
- Respond to after-hour calls as needed and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Be aware of the guest service scores and understand role ensuring guest satisfaction
- Attend all mandatory meetings and complete all the required training
- Complete all tasks as assigned by your Manager or Hotel Managers
- Ability to grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull, and lift 30 lbs
Experience for Success:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Trade or Technical certifications a plus
- Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
