Torch Technologies is seeking a FullStack Software Developer (mid-level) to join a small, tightknit team of six developers building web applications for the 337th Electronic Warfare Squadron (337 EWS), 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 337th EWS and related squadrons develop and test electronic warfare (EW) mission data (MD) for our foreign partners to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. Using C#.NET, Angular, and related technologies, you'll take ownership of features and projects to help us deliver software that is fast, reliable, secure, and maintainable.

As aFull-Stack Software Developer, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and maintaindesktop applicationsusingC#.NET,VB.NET,WPF, andXAML.

  • Build and enhanceweb applicationsusingC#.NET,ASP.NET,Angular,HTML,CSS,Typescript, andTailwind.

  • Write clean, maintainable, objectoriented code following established patterns and principles.

  • Participate in daily remote team meetings and collaborate asynchronously throughout the day.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the team informed.

  • Contribute to secure development practices aligned with government cybersecurity requirements.

  • UseAzure DevOpsfor project management, version control, and CI/CD workflows.

  • Deploy applications toWindows,Linux, andAzure cloudenvironments.

  • Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.

RequiredQualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical/engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. (6 years' of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement).

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET,

  • Solid understanding ofobjectoriented programmingconcepts and principles,

  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical teammates,

  • Possess the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Applicants must have a working knowledge of computer systems and an understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software and possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

  • Comfortable learning new languages, frameworks, and tools when needed.

  • Resides within commuting distance for occasional onsite collaboration.

  • Successful candidate may be required to travel, both domestic and international; possessing a USA passport or having the ability to obtain one is required.

  • Ability to obtain andmaintainaSecret DoW Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current active Secret security clearance is highly preferred;

  • Prior experience in RF integration, EM spectrum management, antenna design, and digital signal processing.

  • Also desired (but not required) is knowledge of EW weapons systems development, test and evaluation, and systems engineering.
