Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Works independently on moderate complexity projects and collaborates with production, quality, and design teams to support new product introduction and process improvements.


Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.

2) Lead moderate-scale process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

3) Support new product introduction activities including process validation and documentation.

4) Develop work instructions, tooling requirements, and operator training materials.

5) Analyze production data and recommend corrective actions.

6) Collaborate with suppliers, quality engineering, and product design teams.

7) Support equipment implementation and manufacturing process qualification.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Works under general supervision
