Job Description

The Latin America Regional Product & Trade Marketing Intern for Parfums Christian Dior supports the three categories - Fragrance, Makeup & Skincare- in the 360 campaigns execution focusing on exhaustive analysis, Trade events coordination and reporting.  

Analysis

  • Collaborate in the development of comprehensive category analyses to support Product & Trade team decision-making, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, and competitor performance.
  • Generate insights for forecasting and novelty reservation processes, incorporating historical data, strategic priorities, distribution, pricing, and product discontinuations.
  • Evaluate assortments across LATAM markets and propose optimizations, including product extensions, discontinuations, and line rationalization.

Trade Events

  • Support Product Managers in coordinating Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare trade events, including meeting scheduling, cross-functional follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of final reports and pictures.
  • Ensure the internal platform is consistently updated by each market with accurate trade event schedules.

Reporting & Presentations

  • Assist Product Managers in developing reports and presentations for regional teams, LATAM markets, and headquarters, covering launches, competitor activity, key commercial periods, and monthly performance.
  • Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional partners (local markets and regional teams) to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date assortment presentations by category.
  • Support updates to Marketing Plans and product discontinuation files.
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation budget presentations for the Product & Trade team twice a year.

S&OP & Forecasting

  • Support the Marketing Manager and Product Managers in the consolidation of S&OP deliverables for Export and total Latam region.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Operational Marketing, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, likes working in a collaborative team environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization & time management skills and able to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
  • Problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very comfortable analyzing numeric figures.
  • Passion, curiosity & interest in beauty and luxury industry.
  • Must be "hands-on" and get involved with the details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and often changing environment with little supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PPT) and able to create impactful presentations.
  • "Can-do" positive attitude driven approach, flexible with demands and changes in business environment.
  • Speaks fluent Spanish and English. French is a plus.
