Description

Position Summary


The Supply Chain Planning Intern will support the Procurement team by assisting with production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination for co-pack operations, with a primary focus on across multiple co-pack manufacturing partners and regions. This role provides hands-on experience in global supply chain operations and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

The intern will initially provide backup support for day-to-day co-pack planning activities and, over time, develop the capability to independently manage aspects of the planning process. This role is designed to strengthen operational support while building succession and coverage for a critical business function.

This internship may be eligible for consideration as a full-time position upon successful completion, based on performance and business needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day co-pack planning activities, including production scheduling and inventory tracking
  • Assist with coordinating supply requirements based on demand forecasts
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels and production coverage
  • Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential supply risks or gaps
  • Provide backup support for existing planning responsibilities currently managed by team members
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to co-pack operations
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy
  • Support cross-functional communication to align production priorities and timelines


Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Interest in supply chain planning, operations, or production management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to supply chain, planning, or procurement through coursework or internship experience
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Compensationย 


The pay for this internship is $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.ย
