Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To acquire an extensive knowledge of howthe Accounting Group functions in the Administration, Finance andControlling Department of a large company.

 
DUTIES

  • Managing suppliers: registering invoices and payments
  • Settling travel expenses
  • Managing fixed assets: registering assets and calculating depreciation
  • Settling taxes: SII-VAT, withholdings and corporate income tax
  • Settling petty cash funds and credit cards
  • Closing accounts
  • Reporting on accounts closure
  • Possibility to participate in projects in the Administration, Finance and Controlling Department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying a Higher-level Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, or a specialized Master's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Motivation and proactivity to learn and put into practice technical knowledge acquired is highly valued
