The Position
Developing Investors Student Experience (DISE) is a paid internship that harnesses the power of intersectionality and immersive learning to help rising college juniors develop critical skills needed for a successful career in the Asset Management industry. Participants in this program are part of a cohort brining their unique perspectives to Fidelity's Asset Management division.
This program will cover technical and industry skills training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking across Asset Management. DISE interns have the outstanding opportunity to learn and develop alongside investment professionals from our various asset classes, including but not limited to Equity, Fixed Income, High Income & Alternatives, Direct Lending, and Strategic Advisers. This experience will provide interns with the understanding they need to build a successful career. At the conclusion of the summer experience, successful interns will have the option to explore various junior internship opportunities in Asset Management.
Education and Experience
Class of 2029 sophomores from U.S. accredited four-year colleges or universities who possess the following characteristics:
