We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in SSRS, Power BI, and ETL knowledge to support our enterprise reporting needs within a complex healthcare environment. This role requires close collaboration with offshore development teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and clarify reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, and a solid understanding of healthcare data structures and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and business logic.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred).

Soft Skills
  • Translator Skills: The ability to take a vague request from a physician or executive and turn it into a concrete technical requirement.
  • Detail Oriented: In healthcare, a decimal point in the wrong place matters. You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality.
