Requirements- 5+ yrs of experience with ETL Informatica, experience collecting design specs, good seasoned developer (lead not required), testing, discussing defects, estimating task completion, must be proactive to identify design issues, experience working with clients to review requirements and discuss potential issues

Current Environment- Informatica PowerCenter 9.5 (9.x experience required), Power Exchange, Data Validation (used by analytics, may be used by this team in the future), database client- DB2, TOAD (future), IBM Data Studio

Soft Skills- Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, self-starter, easily adapt to change

Potential Challenges- Coming up to speed, understanding dynamics of the team/company, if they've worked in a large company where there's a lot of red tape they can be comfortable

Exciting Items About Role- They support fairly small projects, they get to touch a lot of other types of technology & work with other members in the bank, working with BA's, attend ETL design in meetings (1/wk)
