Plus, work schedules are very flexible in order accommodate class schedules/commitments.

The Tax Accounting Intern will work closely with our corporate tax team on a variety of projects, including:

  • Property Tax return compliance.
  • Update personal property tax spreadsheets and prepare annual returns for multiple jurisdictions/states.
  • Process business license/tax forms per monthly calendar.
  • Process and track check requests.
  • Create Excel spreadsheets to assist in account analysis.
  • General filing and clerical tasks.
  • Perform other duties/projects as requested.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.  (Junior status desired.)  GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • General accounting experience helpful (gained through classroom or internship experience).
  • Solid computer skills in the MS-Office suite; strong Excel skills.  
  • Strong time management skills in order to meet project deadlines.
  • Good oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to work at Jockey's corporate office in Kenosha, WI.  (No relocation or housing assistance provided for this position.)
