Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Intern (Bilingual Spanish/English) to support our Corporate Accounting team during Summer 2026. This role is within the corporate finance function and will focus on supporting accounting activities for the Latin America (LATAM) region.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in multinational accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-border collaboration in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for LATAM entities
  • Assist with preparation and review of account reconciliations and financial schedules
  • Track project costs, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
  • Support revenue and expense analysis in accordance with company accounting policies
  • Assist with audit support, internal controls documentation, and compliance requests
  • Partner with regional finance teams to resolve accounting inquiries
  • Translate and communicate accounting-related information in Spanish and English
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Sophomore or Junior standing preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multinational environment
