Job Description
The People & Possibilities (HR) Intern will have opportunities to get hands-on experience across many areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations. Working alongside our Directors, you'll help create an exceptional candidate and employee experience while supporting projects that keep our team connected and engaged. Every day looks a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who is curious, organized, eager to learn, and excited to gain exposure to many areas of Human Resources. You'll collaborate with team members across the company, learn how a fast-paced HR function operates, and develop valuable professional skills.
Successful candidates will have the following:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred

What you would be doing at Unbridled:
  • Assist with posting positions, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and managing the recruiting process within our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with new hire onboarding tasks such as new hire agendas, desk setups, communications, etc.
  • Create companywide communications such as our newsletter and people update
  • Support employee recognition programs and internal events
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and special projects
  • Support with learning and development projects
  • Support with/learn about the various benefits tasks the team manages
  • Other tasks as needed
  • Consistently embody the Unbridled culture and Cornerstones of Character, Change, Credibility, and Community
Internship Details
  • Internship Length: August - December 2026
  • Expected Hours: 20-30 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite at our Denver office
  • Compensation $20/hour
  • Paid Parking Pass
  • Accrued Sick Leave
